Difference Between Electric and Gas Powered RC Cars

Gas powered Radio Control cars require, as name suggest "Gas" to operate. These type of RC cars are fuel operated, are very powerful and can go at high speeds. It is not uncommon for these cars to go at a speed of 100mph or more.
Your choice of car would also depend on what type of terrain do you want to use them on? Off road terrain would require a more powerful Buggy or special off road vehicle that have bigger wheels and are customizable, for example adjustable shockers and a lot of power.

Spinmaster's Air Hog Zero Gravity Micro Remote Control Car is fully functional RC Vehicle. These cars move in three dimensions, on the ground, up the wall and this amazing vehicle also can go upside down on the ceiling!
By using special suction device this car climbs a wall just as easily as it can move on the ground. Air Hogs is the only car capable of climbing walls and is surprisingly small, yet highly maneuverable. This car gets high rating for fun and durability.
Using the car is fun and easy and makes a great gift. The remote control uses AA batteries which is used to charge the battery in the car. After about half hour of charging, the car is ready for action and can climb smooth wall surfaces as well as race on the ground.

Being fascinated by Hybrid cars and the urge to save at pump, this post is about Chevy Volt. Not really a RC Chevy Volt, rather a real deal. The Chevrolet Volt is an electric only, battery powered, four-passenger vehicle. GM unveiled Chevrolet Volt today, Tuesday Sep 16, 2008. This car is expected to go on sale by the end of 2010 thus moving the automobile industry into a new era of futuristic and efficient vehicle. I must admit that the car unveiled by GM is somewhat different from the concept car seen a little while back. Actual Chevy Volt seems to be less curvy and angular from the concept version but still looks quite attractive and the interior in my opinion is very sleek.
Chevrolet Volt is different from its ancestors, as it uses a lithium-ion battery similar to those used in Laptops and Cell phones but at a larger scale and capacity. The massive battery used in Chevy Volt is a T shaped battery that runs the length of the car.
The revolutionary Chevrolet Volt is still more than two years away from production, but a solid waiting list has already established. Its known that more than 34,000 people are in the waiting list for Chevy Volt. The Chevrolet Volt battery powered compact car sure looks promising giving some relief from high gas prices. The most important aspect of this car being a success would be its price tag. Its expected that Chevy Volt price would be around $30,000 while I have also seen on other sources that it may actually be in the range of $40,000 which for many would be a high price tag.

Apache AH64 4 channel Remote Control/RC Helicopter provides hours of flying fun. This helicopter provides full movement and uses dual coaxial rotor technology.
